GENERAL COMMENTS

• Sent 19 lectures to be transcribed​
• Uploaded 10 New Transcripts to the Library
• Alhamdulillah!  Allahu Akbar!  I have found an apprentice who will serve as the Assistant Administrator for the IWDM Study Library.  His name is Mujahiddeen Mohammed, a young man who was born into our community and has grown up serving in this community. He has worked with me on the study library in a variety of capacities for the past 12 years and I am elated that he has a long term interest in the IWDM Study Library's future growth. He has the technical aptitude and a good knowledge of the language and logic of IWDM. We have already had two training sessions. With Mujahiddeen's help and your continued support, we hope to significantly increase our productivity in 2022.
• We have hired 5 new quality reviewers. Alhamdulillah! They have had a training and are working on their first transcripts now!  This brings our team to 10.
